DesBrisay Museum Application Overview - Completed
An application for a rezoning was received by staff on October 31, 2024 from the property owner of 34 Foley's Lane, PID 60020823 (the “subject property”). The subject property is currently zoned Single Unit Residential (R1) and the owners are requesting to rezone the property to Two Unit Residential (R2) to enable a two-unit residential dwelling. The owners intend to construct the second residential unit in the existing basement.

- Enable the rezoning of 34 Foleys Lane from the R1 Zone to the R2 Zone, and as contained in Appendix “A” , and give notice of intention to conduct Second and Final Reading of the same at the March 10, 2025 Council meeting; and further
- That Council schedule a Public Hearing for March 10, 2025 during the regular meeting of council.
